Choicie Mae (McCoy) Wright

Minister Choicie Mae Wright was born on January 10, 1932, in Blakely, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Eddie Walter and Clorenda McCoy. She attended school in Blakely, and worked many years as a cook and caregiver.

Minister Choicie Wright accepted JESUS CHRIST as her LORD and PERSONAL SAVIOR. She served faithfully in ministry for many years at Miracle Deliverance Center. Recently, she became a member of All About Souls Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Shawn Blackmon.

She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Wright, Sr. and her four children Priscilla, Wendell, Esther and Ricky.

She departed her earthly life on Friday, December 27, 2019. 

She is survived by nine children: Otis Wright, Jr., Lionel, Janice Barber (George), Eddie, Jimmy, Frankie, Michael (Yolanda), Lisa Wright-Cull and Kelvin (Tasha); two children whom she raised as her own, Sheryl Wright-Hall (Jesse) and Ronald King; two special children whom she helped raise, Quinton Eafford and Jarvis Eafford; twenty-five grandchildren; forty-seven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; seven siblings: Gladys Edwards, Clara Edwards, Maelene Alexander, Eddie Mae Smith (Dennis), Barbara Douglas (Randolph), Eddie W. McCoy and Harvey McCoy (Dorothy); and one sister-in-law, Bessie Louise (Eddie). She is also loved by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
