On February 3, 1995, Scott Brown, Jr. (Lil’ Scott) was born to the union of Teresa Spencer and Scott Brown, Sr. of Blakely, Georgia. The second of his mother’s ten children, he was the comical entity who had his own sense of colorful style.
To the union of Scott, Jr. and Answa Bivens was born a son, Ethan Scott Brown, whom he called "Dada". He was Scott’s world.
Scott departed his earthly life on September 4, 2019. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Walter Dewey Brown Sr.
