Annie Thomas Craft was born July 7, 1961, in Blakely, Georgia, to the late Luedell Rodgers and the late Charlie B. Thomas. She departed her earthly life on Monday, April 12, 2021, at Piedmont Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.
Sister Annie confessed CHRIST at an early age and joined Rosinvick Missionary Baptist Church in Blakely. She received her education in the Early County Public School System. She later attended Andrew College and received an Associate’s Degree in Teaching in 1983. She then attended LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Teaching in 1985.
Annie was a jewel, dedicated friend and inspirational person to all with whom she came in contact. She will be greatly missed.
Annie was predeceased by her brothers Charlie Thomas Jr., Johnny C. Thomas and Nathaniel Thomas and her sister Gwendolyn Thomas.
She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter Angel Craft of Columbus, Georgia; son Parnell Kendricks of Columbus, Georgia; twin grandsons Kayden and Jaden; brother Willie B. Thomas of Dothan, Alabama; aunts Everlena Rodgers of Umatilla, Florida, Mary Alice Davis of Hopkins, South Carolina, and Lorine Kelley of Columbus, Ohio; nieces Amber and Zaria; nephews J., P. J., Calvin, Jermaine, Larinza and Eric; and a host of other relatives and friends.
