Clifton Beacham, also known as “Fox”, transitioned to his eternal resting place Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born March 2, 1954, in Edison, Georgia, to the late Herman Beacham and Lonnie Mae Beacham.
Clifton graduated Early County High School in 1972 and then joined the United States Army. A lover of music and a good pool game, “Fox” also loved to dress up and have a good time enjoying life.
Preceded in death by his two siblings Annie Maude Alexander and Jerome Beacham, Cliff leaves to cherish his memories his twin daughters, Marsha Greene (Labon) of Damascus, Georgia, and Monica Greene (Zavian) of Toccoa, Georgia; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; six siblings: Dorothy Hudley of Dothan, Alabama, Geraldine Beacham of Blakely, Georgia, Carolyn Brown (Andrew) of Covington, Georgia, Christine Proctor (Christopher) of Atlanta, Georgia, L. C. Beacham (Jeanette) of Blakely, Georgia, and Benjamin Beacham of Bluffton, Georgia; one aunt, Mary Alice Davis of Elgin, South Carolina; three lifelong friends: Jerry Igles, Abigail Levatte, and Jamie Thomas, all of Blakely, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
