Helen Louise Bankston- Fearrington was born October 3, 1959, In Blakely, Ga, to the late  Donell And Wylene Bankston. At an early age, she recived Christ as her lord and saivor. Helen was full of life, and she never let anything or anyone stop her from doing what made her happy. She was the life of the party and a very caring and giving person. To know her was to love her, as her spirit touched the lives of many.

On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, Helen was unexpectedly called to be with the lord at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Fearrington, and a special friend, Charles Lee. She leaves to cherish her legacy two children, Tyshawn W. Fearrington of Dothan, Alabama and Amanda Hawkins (Rashawn) of Loganville, Ga; one grandson whom was her pride and joy, Quen Tavean Lee of Loganville, GA; two brothers, Steve Bankston of Hollywood, Florida and John Bankston of Clewiston, Florida; six sisters: Martha E. Henderson (Robert) of Blakely, GA, Jenette Gregory (Gus) of Ridgeland, SC, Gloria J. White of Duluth, GA, Charlene B. Irving (Willie J.) of Grayson, GA, Willie Jean Thomas and JoAnn Bankston, both of Moore Haven FL; three aunts: Marjorie Jackson of Blakely, GA, Annie Doris Evans of Cocoa, FL, and Tommy Jean Watkins of Beaufort, SC: and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
