Horace “Horris” Lee Moore of Cocoa, Florida departed his earthly life on May 17, 2021 at Rockledge Regional Medical Center in Rockledge, Florida.
He was born September 29, 1959 to Odessie and Adell Moore, who preceded him in death along with a sister, Odessie George Moore.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories to his loving daughter, Kimberly (Jonathan) Bagley of Spring Lake, North Carolina; three beautiful granddaughters: Kimeesha, Destiny, and Danielle; a special niece/daughter: Joycelyn (Ansel R. Sr.) Manning and their three sons: Jai’dione, Anthoni, and Ansel Jr.; siblings: Willie George (Patricia) Moore of Albany, Georgia, Barbara Thompson of Coleman, Georgia, Lillian (Norman) James of Macon, Georgia, Willie Nelson Moore of Edison, Georgia, Eddie (Priscilla) Moore of Dothan, Alabama, Genetta Moore of Edison, Georgia, Ronnie Moore of Cuthbert, Georgia, Robbie Moore of Edison, Georgia, Dorothea (A.J.) Marlow of Chattahoochee, Florida and Theia (Frank) Hardrick of Edison, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Horace Moore was the center of attention, the voice of the room. He was a free-spirited man. He always had a smile on his face and a song in his heart. He was a well known entertainer.
Nevertheless, he was a loving father, grandfather and brother. He will truly be missed, but never forgotten.
