Ida Mae Houston, better known as "Aunt Ida", was born in Clay County, Georgia, on March 12, 1950, to the late Arthur and Ida Johnson.
She accepted CHRIST at an early age and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, where she was a faithful servant of GOD, as HE was her source of joy. Ida attended Washington High School. She worked as a Housekeeper for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
On Thursday, July 4, 2019, THE LORD finished writing her letter of life and requested her to come Home for Rest. She was preceded in death by her sister Doris Felder and two brothers Robert Johnson and Charlie James Johnson.
Ida leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Allison Presley; three sisters: Rosie Felder, Sallie Sol, both of Blakely, GA, and Bessie McKinnie of Atlanta, GA; one brother, William Felder of Douglas, GA; three devoted nephews: Charlie Sol, Fredrick Felder, and Larry Brown; and a host of nieces, other nephews, cousins and friends.
