Laytoya JaQuay Daniels

Laytoya JaQuay Daniels, 37, of Blakely Ga., died Wednesday December 7, 2016 at South East Alabama Medical Center.

Ms. Daniels was born September 5, 1979, in Dothan, Alabama to Jerry and Alease Daniels. She was a member of Ebenezer African Methodist Episcopal Church, where she served faithfully.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Gwendolyn Freeman and Beola Daniels.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving parents, Jerry and Alease Daniels of Blakely, Georgia; two brothers, Jerry Daniels (Tawanda) of Warner Robins, Georgia and Corrie Daniels of Blakely, Georgia; a sweet and caring sister, Jerlisa Daniels of Dothan, Alabama; grandfather, Joseph Freeman of Blakely Georgia; a special aunt, Thelma Lewis; two other aunts, Yolanda Floyd (Kenneth) and Shandra McKellar (Rev.Edward); five uncles: Oren Freeman (Daphanie), Miles Freeman (Nadine), Fredrick Freeman, Dexter Freeman, and Brodrick Freeman; One niece, Kayden Daniels; three nephews; Jadin Corrie Jr., and Jaylan; and a host of cousins and friends.

A funeral Service was held Saturday, December 17, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Ebenezer AME Church with  Rev. Gus Oglesby, Officiating. Interment followed in the Ebenezer AME Church Cemetery.

Active Pallbearers were Cedric Cratie, Julius George, Recol Jackson, Jakoro McGhee, Nicovian Price, Marvin Wade.
