Lois M. Hardge was born on December 22, 1948, in Blakely, Georgia, to the late Marion Hardge and Elouise Dawson. She accepted CHRIST at an early age at Wesley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Blakely.
Lois was a very loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
On Thursday, April 23, 2020, she was called Home to Rest at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her brothers Larry Dawson, Jessie Henderson and John Dawson.
She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters: Michelle W. Barber (Rodney), Betty Jean Wimberly, and Marianna Trice; nine grandchildren: Bryan O’neal Wimberly, Breanna Michelle Lee, Sierra Lashay Patterson, Jasmine Lashun Lee, Marquis Antiono Hardge, Willie Trice, Iesha Wimberly, Devontae Trice, and Kenya Trice; three great grandchildren: Braylen Montrez Lee, Audrey L. Walker, and Dymair Hardge; one brother, Bobby Dawson; a close friend, Sandra Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
