Mary Duncan Obituary

Mrs. Mary Lee Duncan was born on March 21, 1957, to Greagus Lee, Sr. and Willie Bell Wells, in Bluffton, Georgia.

She joined Evergreen African Methodist Episcopal Church at an early age and served faithfully. Mary graduated Early County High School in 1976. She then joined the United States Army and served a full term.

While stationed in Copenhagen, Denmark, she married the late Kenneth Duncan, Sr. After living in Virginia and Nebraska and a short stay in Blakely, Georgia, she settled in Montgomery, Alabama, and remained there until God called her home on Tuesday, July 7, 2020.

She leaves to cherish her memories two children, Leslie Duncan (Rashad Bullock) and Kenneth Duncan, Jr. (Nia Guy); four grandchildren: Jarez Duncan, Kevontae Bullock, Citney Bullock, and Kenneth Duncan III; one sister, Wilma Lee; two brothers: Willie Paul Lee (Laura) and Greagus Lee , Jr.; ten nieces: Monta Wimberly, Shaneka Wimberly, Shamtan Spencer, Sharon Spencer (Demetrius), Teresa Spencer (Willie), Jasmine Lee, Jakiya Lee, Jeanette Vancol, Marylynn Davis (Wayne), and Sharon King; two nephews, Cedric Spencer (Vicki) and Edward George King; and a host of great nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
