Brother Ralph Edward Lewis was born on August 28, 1982, to Bertha and the late Sinclair Lewis. He grew up in Early County, Georgia. Ralph attended Early County High School, where he enjoyed playing football and graduated in 2001.
At an early age, he accepted CHRIST as his SAVIOR. He became a member of Saint John Missionary Baptist Church in Blakely, Georgia.
Ralph departed this earthly life on Friday, December 18, 2020, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.
In addition to his father Sinclair, his maternal grandfather, Charlie Echols, his paternal grandparents, Steve and Hattie Lewis, and his niece, Ciera James preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Bertha Lewis; two sisters, Diane Tinson (Timothy) and Teketa Lewis, both of Blakely, GA; one brother, Raybon Lewis of Blakely, Georgia; maternal grandmother, Narvie Echols of Blakely, Georgia; one niece, Daisha Lewis of Akron, OH; five nephews: William Lewis of Atlanta, Georgia, Malik Lewis, Rodney Eaford, both of Blakely, Georgia, Raybon Lewis, Jr. and Kameron Anthony of Akron, Ohio; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
