The journey of life for Sherrite Kendra Ford began in Miller County, Georgia, on April 10, 1989. She was the beloved daughter of the late Robert Earl Lewis and Frankie Mae Lewis.
She received her formal education in the Early County School System of Georgia. Sherrite loved THE LORD and was a dedicated member of Saint Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church of Jakin, Georgia.
Sherrite found much joy and pleasure in spending time with her family and friends. And she will indeed be missed.
Sherrite gained her wings on Saturday, January 8, 2022, in Albany, Georgia. She is survived by her loving mother, Frankie Lewis of Early County, GA; one sister, Tammy Ford of Albany, GA; two brothers, Timothy Lewis and Robert Lewis Jr., both of Newark, NJ; three nieces: Ashmier Lewis, Chloe Lewis, both of Newark, NJ, and Jalexis Ford of Albany, GA; two nephews, Ja’Cameron Ford of Albany, GA, and Chase Lewis of Newark, NJ; one aunt, Annie Pearl Young Early County, GA; three uncles: Wilford Daniels of St. Petersburg, FL, Willie E. Ford, and Fletcher Ford, both of Early County, GA; one great aunt, Roxie Davis of Early County, GA; two best friends, Dacia Bolden of Columbus, GA, and Ciera Leath of Donalsonville, GA; special friends: Michael Oats, Rashad Haynes, Curtis Clark, all of Albany, GA, and Kelvin Brown of Donalsonville, GA; other relatives; and other friends.
