On occasions like this, it is hard to put into words the deep feeling we have had for one who was beloved by all who knew her.
Today, we have stopped our regular day to pay tribute to Stephanie Denise Wright for what she has done to make this a better world to live in.
Stephanie was an only child born on June 10, 1966, to Delores Jones and Willie Bryant (preceded her in death) in Blakely, Georgia; and on August 4, 2023, she called out to her mother, who held her hands, then Stephanie took three deep breaths, let out her final breath at 9:48 (central standard time) and transitioned to be with the Lord after a long illness.
Stephanie was a lovable character, a person everyone chose to have as a friend and willing to be a friend to all. She was a person who would give her last without expecting anything in return. She was a free spirit, hard worker and especially loyal to THE LORD and her family. She always had an open door to anyone who needed a place to live.
Stephanie graduated from Suncoast Community High School in Riviera Beach, Florida, in the Class of 1984.
Stephanie had three children: Dontavious, Phylicia and Willie Jr., whom she adored and cherished; and five grandchildren who were the light of her eyes.
Stephanie leaves to mourn her transition: (Mother) Delores Jones (George) of Blakely, Georgia; (Stepfather) Vernon Glover (Sharon) of West Palm Beach, FL; (Children) Dontavious Wright Sr. of Boynton Beach, FL, Phylicia Wright-Brown (Byron) of Ft. Pierce, FL, and Willie Davis Jr. of West Palm Beach, FL; (Grandchildren) Isaiah, Rodney, Kenneth, Dontavious Jr., and Bailey; (Stepsister) Rose Glover-Goss; (Uncle) Charles E. Wright, Jr. (Deborah) of Riviera Beach, FL; (Aunts) Janis Wilson (Jerome) of West Palm Beach, FL, and Velma Wright of Ft. Pierce, FL; (Special friend who always checked on her) Willie Davis, Sr., the father of her children; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
