Willie James Hill was born to Jessie Hill and Rebecca Blount on July 4, 1939, in Arlington, Georgia. Family meant everything to Willie James, and helping others was his passion. He loved his wife Rose Mae, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and community greatly. The love for his family kept him thriving.
On October 14, 2024, Willie James was summoned by GOD to join HIM in Heaven. He was preceded in death by his mother Rebecca, father Jessie, wife Rosa Mae Hill, son Willie James Hill Jr., and brother Claude Hill.
Willie James leaves to cherish and celebrate his life and memories his daughters Francenia L. Hill and Carol A. Hill (Michael); his son James Eaford (DaWanda); grandchildren Rosalyn D. Hill, Rachelle D. Madkins, (Chris), Rochelle D. Hill, Symiaha A. Clinton, Keino O. Young II, Carvarrion Eaford and Dewanis Lyles; eight great grandchildren; his siblings Jessie Blount, Bernice Franklin (O. C.)and Mary Kate Burns (Robert); and several loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Willie James embodied the very essence of strength, courage, and love. He was a protector and a provider, and his loving, caring, and helpful demeanor lit up the entire community. Our angel here on earth is now an angel in Heaven.
